I’m a Business Analyst who enjoys working on problems that sit between people, processes, data and technology.

My 15+ years across enterprise technology span insurance, reinsurance, HR and finance. I bring business, data and delivery teams together by making assumptions visible, mapping decisions and grounding requirements in evidence.
How I work
I start with the problem and the people affected by it. I use questions, models and visual explanations to connect the need to the delivery decision — and keep the expected outcome visible through validation.
What I bring
Discovery, process mapping, requirements, stakeholder alignment and testing sit alongside experience with enterprise data platforms, analytics, governance and access controls.
What I’m learning
I’m exploring how AI can support real workflows with appropriate human oversight. Small product experiments and sketchnotes help me test ideas, communicate clearly and learn by making.
